Why do they always want to intervene on what we want to do or our dream in life? answer is simple, they want us to do something for the betterment of our life in the future, because they have been through a lot more than us and they know what it felt like to be unfortunate or fortunate. Moving on to when they always call you to do something for them, I know that it's really frustrating but I believe they also have a reason as to why it is always you, it's because you're the one that they can rely on or capable to do something. Yes, I know that we should follow our dream, but I believe that we should also think for our parents because hey, they're not here forever and they have sacrificed a lot for you and we should be thankful for that. Don't get me wrong, I'm not telling you to not follow your dream, what I'm saying here is you can follow your dream but at the same time think about their future too because in the future it's your turn to take care of them and feed them. No matter what happens, parents is parents and they have the same blood as yours, so love them as much as you can and don't wait for that day that you will be surprised that time passed so fast and you regret everything that you didn't do for your parents. I know that not every parent is doing what they should, so why not start it with yourself? because life goes on and one day you'll be the parent and you'll understand everything and then pass it to the next generation.
